What exactly does First Flight Escape do?

We are an independent travel advisory specialising in air travel between the USA and South America, Europe, and Asia. We help you find the best price-to-service option for your trip, review reservations you have already booked, and guide you through visa and travel-requirement checks.

Do you only work with business and first class?

Premium cabins are our specialty, but our reservation review and tailored flight search are open to every cabin — economy, premium economy, business, and first. If you have a booking or a trip in mind, we will look at it.

How does the reservation review work?

Send us your existing itinerary or quote. We compare it against current availability, alternative routings, and fare classes we have access to. You receive a clear comparison and a recommendation. If a better option exists and you choose to switch, we help with the new booking and the cancellation of the previous one.

Do you always offer the cheapest fare?

No. We focus on the best price-to-service balance for your specific trip — schedule, routing, cabin comfort, baggage, and flexibility all factor in. Sometimes the cheapest fare is the right one; often, a slightly different option offers significantly more value.

How do you charge for your services?

Fees depend on the scope of work — reservation reviews, multi-passenger itineraries, and complex routings are quoted individually. We share pricing transparently before any work begins, and there is no obligation to proceed.

Do you assist with visas and entry requirements?

Yes. We help you identify visa requirements, vaccination or health rules, transit conditions, and documentation deadlines for every leg of your trip. We do not act as a legal immigration advisor, but we will guide you through the application process and flag anything that needs attention before departure.

How quickly can you respond?

We typically reply within a few hours during our service window (Mon–Sat, 8am–9pm ET). For urgent matters, the chat on our site is the fastest channel.

What happens if my plans change after booking?

We stay with you through the trip. If a schedule, routing, or personal change requires action, contact us and we will help you understand your options under the airline's or hotel's policies and assist with rebooking where possible.
