1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Our role
First Flight Escape acts as an independent travel advisor. We assist you in evaluating, sourcing, and booking flights, hotels, and related services with third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, ground operators, etc.). Suppliers — not First Flight Escape — ultimately provide the travel services.
3. Quotes and availability
All fares, rates, and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and paid in full. Quotes are valid only for the period stated, and prices may be adjusted by suppliers due to taxes, fees, fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, or availability changes outside our control.
4. Fees
Our service fees are quoted in writing before any work begins. Service fees compensate us for our advisory work and are separate from supplier charges. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Supplier terms
Every booking is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier (airline contracts of carriage, hotel policies, etc.). It is your responsibility to review and accept those terms before confirming a booking.
6. Travel documents and requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that you hold valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other documents required for your trip. We provide guidance and visa assistance, but we do not guarantee entry into any country, and we are not liable for denied boarding or denied entry resulting from missing or invalid documentation.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Flight Escape shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from supplier performance, schedule changes, cancellations, weather, force majeure, or any cause outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fee paid for the affected booking.
8. Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, lost baggage, and related risks.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of First Flight Escape or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Miami, Florida.
