Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on two layers: (a) our advisory service fees, and (b) the supplier's own rules (airline, hotel, etc.) governing the booking itself. The two are handled separately.
2. Advisory service fees
Service fees become non-refundable once we begin work on your request. If you cancel before work has started, the fee is fully refundable. If a reservation review is completed and you decide not to act on our recommendation, the review fee remains payable in full.
3. Flight cancellations and refunds
Flight refunds are governed entirely by the airline's fare rules and conditions of carriage. Most premium cabin tickets allow changes or refunds with conditions; deeply discounted fares may be non-refundable. We will identify the applicable rules before you confirm a booking and assist with cancellation or change requests on your behalf.
4. Hotel cancellations and refunds
Hotel cancellation policies vary by property, rate type, and season. Flexible rates typically allow cancellation up to a stated deadline; non-refundable rates do not. The applicable policy will be shared in writing before booking.
5. Refund processing
When a refund is approved by a supplier, processing times vary — typically 7 to 60 business days, depending on the airline, hotel, and your payment method. We will follow up with the supplier on your behalf and keep you informed.
6. Schedule changes and involuntary disruptions
If a supplier cancels or significantly changes your travel (schedule change, route change, cancellation), we will help you obtain a refund or rebook under the supplier's policy at no additional advisory fee.
7. Force majeure
Refunds in events outside any party's control — natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics — follow the supplier's applicable policies. We will advocate for the most favorable outcome available to you.
